The beautiful setting, abundant fresh spring water, wide variety of activities, and unique Hopland Lodging accommodations offer a relaxing refuge from busy daily life, providing an ideal space for family gatherings, family gatherings, and retreats.

- Midweek Individual unit rentals include shared use of outdoor bathroom and shower, lake, waterslide and pickleball courts.
- Use of the outdoor kitchen and patio, hot tub, and sauna require an additional fee of $300/night.
- Pricing does not include cleaning fee or deposit.
Variety of accommodations and amenities
Sunhawk Farms offers a wide variety of accommodations and amenities, including a cottage, bunkhouse, tents, a main house suite, and recreational facilities. You’ll find the Bunk House, complete with a water slide and dock, is at the heart of it all. Near the Grotto and Lily Pad Pond, you can cozy up in the Cottage or try out the Glamping Tents for a bit of luxury under the stars.
Don't miss the Sunhawk Suite in the main house for a truly special stay. Plus, there are pickleball courts, an outdoor kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, and hot tub, all nestled among beautiful forests and an olive orchard.
The SunHawk Suite

Many beautiful windows all around provide beautiful light and star gazing at night. The closets are crafted from gorgeous redwood repurposed from an old wine barrel. The floor is heated by a radiant hydronic system powered by solar and the entire suite is off-the-grid with no sacrifices of comfort.

The Cottage
$350/night
The Cottage sits just above the Lake. Built of mostly recycled and regenerative materials, the Cottage is beautifully appointed. Furnishings include a queen bed, a twin futon, a beautiful mosaic stone floor, a kitchenette, bathtub and shower, a huge walk-in closet, a patio for outdoor dining and a giant bay window with an up-close view of the Lake which is only steps away. The Cottage sleeps up to three.

Bunk House
$195/night
The Bunk House sits on a redwood deck atop the lake and is the perfect space for older kids or a group of people who are comfortable sharing a small space together. With one single bed and two bunk beds, the bunk house comfortably sleeps 5 in fairly tight quarters.
Above the Bunk House and up the outdoor spiral staircase is a large platform where the recycled 35’ Waterslide with solar powered pumping system for a water-lubricated ride. People love to go up top in the summertime to enjoy the gorgeous night sky view and stargazing potential. Full moon drumming atop the Bunk House is always a favorite.
Park a canoe or kayak just outside the Bunk House on the lake for a stunning morning cruise. There is a ladder going down to the lake directly from the Bunk House deck. Note that there is no bathroom in the Bunk House and it is a two minute walk to the bathroom and showers.

6 Glamping Tents

Located in a beautiful grassy meadow just South of the lake sit six 16’ bell tents. They are beautifully appointed with colorful rugs, cotton linens, down comforters, Wifi, power, lights, and fans to keep you cool.

Tent Camping
$75/night
Camp under the stars (the 5 acres around the home is fenced) or bring a tent and stay in a beautiful meadow on the property.

Pickleball
Have a blast while working up a sweat playing pickle ball on two state-of-the-art pickleball courts. Courts are available for rentals for all guests
Bath House / Changing Room
Located near the pond, the bath house has a separate bathroom, changing area, two sinks, and two outdoor showers.
Lake
The 17’ deep spring fed lake has a large dock with seating area, an island, 30 foot water slide, canoe, 1 paddle board, kayak, and slip and slide.
Hiking
Enjoy hiking the 160 acres with beautiful vistas, a seasonal creeks, oak woodland forests, a lavender labyrinth, mushroom hunting, and olive orchards.
Games
Expansive lawn area with ping pong table, cornhole, and a variety of other board games, or set up cones for a game of soccer.
Outdoor Kitchen and Picnic Area
The outdoor kitchen contains a gas BBQ, two gas cooktops, a sink, and a small outdoor refrigerator. Tables and chairs are available to accommodate up to 30 people. Outdoor Kitchen will be stocked with a full kitchen setup including cookware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, tableware, etc.
Lavender Labyrinth
Perched atop the olive orchard with one of the most beautiful views on the property sits a labyrinth built of 700 lavender plants. Modeled after a 14th century labyrinth from San Quentin, France, you can see our labyrinth on the World Wide Labyrinth Locator.
Hot Tub
