The SunHawk Farms Calendar primarily serves as a place to view availability and make booking requests.
All requests will be reviewed and then responded to by email, confirmation will be finalized through an emailed signed contract. We have a total of 21 beds and sleep up to 31. We allow reservations of up to 30 people maximum, upon review we may allow up to 40 people for an additional fee of $100 per person.
Please note that a Full Property Rental includes all units and amenities. Weekends are reserved for full property rentals only. Weekdays we do allow individual unit rentals, but you must be sure to also book use of the outdoor amenities.
-Check-in time 3pm, Check-out time 10am.
-Cancellations within 2 months of engagement will receive a full refund minus $250. Cancellations made between 1 month to two weeks from reservation date will forfeit 33% of total cost of reservation. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks from reservation will receive no money back.
-Payment will be accepted once the contract is finalized, via check or Venmo to John-Schaeffer1149.
